Spinifex International Business Services (SIBS) has experienced a growing interest in small to medium SME owners seeking to learn more about finding Vietnamese companies who they can work with to add value to their businesses. Over the years SIBS Managing Director David Morgan has hosted a number of private business tours to Vietnam and now with growing business interest in Vietnam, David wants to use his experience to help SME business owners and local government representatives ‘discover Vietnam’ via hosting regular ‘Business Orientation Tours’ to Vietnam.
The focus of each tour is to understand the basics of Vietnam’s everyday business culture and also see first-hand some of the challenges that exist when first doing business in Vietnam (ie: Freight & Logistics). Tour groups are not big (8 persons maximum) – and visit industrial sites and parks, meet industry bodies, local government representatives and young entrepreneurs. There is also the all-important opportunity to learn some of the basic street survival skills so that first time visitors to Vietnam can later return with some degree of confidence.
Each tour commences in and around either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi and run for five days, participants are required to arrange their own airfares to and from Vietnam (and visas). All accommodation, transfers and meals are included in a SIBS fixed price.
